Tiger Woods has finally released an official statement addressing the doubts beleaguering his car accident early Friday morning.
In the statement, Woods says the crash that sent him to the hospital was his fault and has been an awkward situation for him and his family. He goes on to rip the tabloid rumors that are circulating in the aftermath.
Tiger Woods was briefly hospitalized after his car crashed into a fire hydrant and tree outside of his home early Friday morning. Woods suffered lacerations on his lips, but is otherwise "in good condition."
Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren, who was not in the car at the time of the crash, was responsible for pulling Woods out of the crashed vehicle by smashing the back windshield with golf clubs and pulling Woods, who was drifting "in and out of consciousness" out of the car.
